Dear Surbhi,You can for sure pursue a B.Tech degree in a government college, through a lateral entry scheme involving an entrance exam , which allows you to join the course directly in the second year. Provided you have secured a minimum percentage at the diploma level as prescribed by the
AICTE and the concerned university.
