Requirements to open a retail pharmacy in Kolkata:
Firstly are you a B.Pharma / M.Pharma as you need to be a qualified pharmacist to register your pharmacy and obtain a Pharmacy License. Or do you know someone who is B.Pharma / M.Pharma and is able to or willing to lend you his/her name against goodwill payment (not ethical but many follow this route in India) so that you can obtain a Pharmacy License. Secondly you will need to decide on your investment.Your basic need will be a shop if you are targeting a local area (here you can buy one or rent one). Just make sure you do your maths for shop (buy/rent) and inventory. Thirdly network with a Doctor / Hospital so that you can "informally tie-up" with them, this is the easiest way to access customer base (again not ethical but most follow this route), and finally you need some cash to stock up your shop, as credit will be tough for a new store.

Cut-off marks at the CLAT for Postgraduate Programme:
To qualify in the Test for admission to the Postgraduate Programme at the above-mentioned universities, a candidate should secure a minimum of 50% marks (40% in case of SC / ST / OBC* and Persons with Disability*) in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).

APSET 2018 eligibility criteria which aspirants need to fulfill in order to be eligible to appear for the entrance exam is as mentioned below:
Candidates should have secured minimum of 55% marks (without rounding off) in their Masters degree or equivalent exam from any university/college that is recognised by UGC. Aspirants belonging to reserved categories such as OBC (non-creamy layer)/SC/ST/PwD are eligible to apply if they have secured minimum 50% aggregate in their Masters degree or equivalent exam. Aspirants who are appearing for their Masters degree final year exam and whose exam result is awaited can also apply for APSET exam. But such aspirants will be offered provisional admission and they need to submit their exam result details at the time of admission. Candidates who possess a Ph.D. degree and who have completed their Masters level examination by September 19, 1991 (irrespective of date when result is declared) will be eligible for 5% relaxation in aggregate marks (that is, from 55% to 50%) for appearing in APSET exam. The candidates, whose post-graduation subject is not covered in the list of subjects may appear in a related subject.
