Yes, unfortunately in spite of 70 years of Independence, the language for teaching of Engineering has still remained English. In no state of India even today, the language of teaching has changed over to the mother tongue, where as in many European countries the teaching language is mother tongue of the country. the fees structure is on yearly basis and not semester basis
