As such there is no difference, its just the brand name that is different. At the end of the day it depends on you how you will learn and what you will learn from your education. As far as placements are concerned, it depends on your area of expertise like now a days there are many programs which are in good demand like international business mgmt, tourism and hospitality mgmt, hospital and health care mgmt, retail, media mgmt, etc. As these programs are from core sector the chances of getting a good job in any multinational company are good.
Both have the same value but what matters is the institution/ university from where you have done it. Many reputed universities with good placement record like LPU, SRM, Amity etc are offering MBA with a wide range of specializations.

*Start preparing at least 10 months before

Overall, in order to pursue BBA you need to be 12th pass from any stream with good academic record preferably 50% in 12th, plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institutes.
