Hello Prem,
Yes, in Maharashtra there are colleges offering Diploma in aeronautical engineering. You will find the list of such colleges on the website of directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra. But here I will like to ask a query as to why Aeronautical Engineering Diploma? I am asking this because there are lots of problems of getting the job for students with this profession. If you can get admission for other branches of Engineering then the placements or job will be much easier to obtain. I would like to advise you that just think over it and do not take any decision in a hurry.
