As per your rank, you will get colleges like UCET-Hazaribagh, Government Engineering College Dumka etc. However, to be frank these colleges are not up to mark due to very poor quality education and lack of facilities, so take admission there only, if you want to take engineering degree at a reasonable price.

If you study well then you may get package somewhat more than IIT's also but it totally depends upon your devotion for your subject.Jaypee is better than SRM.
