Hi,
1)
To pursue B.E. / B.Tech, you need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, they are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
2)
You need to appear in entrance exam. As you have already appeared in UPSEE, you may contact the colleges for specific cut-off details as it varies every year and differs from one college to another. But, before that you need to clear your compartment paper.
3)
Some of the colleges offering B.Tech are :
-College of Engineering, Guindy (CEG)
-Institute of Technology - Banaras Hindu University (IT-BHU)
-Delhi Te
