Well panicking is not a solution to any problem.
As the rules says that you need to get your compartments exams cleared before counselling session & get passing marks & passing certificate which is quiet possible.
but for any unfortunate reason you do not clear exams. you can opt for open exam from NIOS and reappear for NEET UG the next year.
And as you have cleared NEET you are eligible for state counselling

Generally BE takes four years to complete and dual takes five years. Dual degree courses that are offered at BITS campuses are Msc. (Hons) Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Mathematics and Physics. The cut-off for PSGR Krishnammal PG self-financed admission was 71.94% in 2022, so I don't think it is enough. but it may change as the cutoff changes year by year so look out for the official website for more updates.

It will be nearly impossible to fetch a college in All India quota. However, you have high chances of getting lower ranked government colleges in your state. So, search for colleges in your state and follow your state's counselling process for admission.
