n order to qualify the entrance test, students need to secure minimum 25% marks i.e. 30 marks out of total marks. No prescribed cut off marks for SC/ST candidates. Those candidates who will score marks more than the cut off marks will be eligible for downloading the AP PGECET rank card 2019.

I am afraid, but your percentage seems to be a little low. The percentage of Hansraj College goes very high and especially of the humanities stream.

Your rank seems fine. I think you should be able to secure your seat. I will advice you to keep track of the counselling process till the end.
