Bartenders interact with customers directly by mixing and serving drink orders. Their duties include confirming age requirements, understanding alcohol mixing and tastes, making traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, keeping inventory and cleaning bar supplies.

They also take meal orders from clients or wait for staff and tell them of any promotions. They maintain food and beverage compliance, replenish bar inventory, choose menu items, and oversee overall bar operations.

A competent Barman is friendly, organized, has a strong memory, and can communicate with a diverse set of clients efficiently and successfully. They are enthusiastic, confident, well-versed in alcoholic beverages, and have excellent time management abilities.
