Shagufta, There are several careers in media in writing, production or post production. you can become a reporter, actor or getting behind the camera to direct, cinematograph or do finishing work as an editor, compositor or a VFX artist who can add reality to 3D vizualizations. you may even be a graphic artist who designs the screens, or an animator who brings stories to life as a proxy actor for onscreen characters. you can get into production, whether live or animated. You can be a story writer who writes for live and animated screens or even roll the story into a video/ pc game. you can be a script writer who would stop at nothing to give wonderful scene setups to bring the story to life. you could be an artist who designs characters or who storyboards the film for live or animated performance. you can also double up as a voice over artist who gives his/ her voice to the characters or dub for movie stars, or even be a radio star. you can alternatively look at web for a web of careers in web design, online marketing, search engine optimization, content writing, social media promoting. Any extra skill can be used in this. So it turns out to be one of the most challenging as well as satisfying careers. Sure not recommended for the weak hearted. Do remember that digital design careers (e.g. web design, graphics, UI design, animation, vfx, multimedia) give better profits since they can be delivered anywhere in the world & hence may earn in dollars - resulting in better rewards for designers. With a B.Sc in Chemistry under your belt you could consider options ranging from Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical research and IT to management, Media, Academics, Social Work and Law, to name a few. Any of the choices listed above will require a post graduate degree in that area like a M Sc for Biotech, an MBA for Management or a Mass Comm. degree for Media.
The pharmaceutical industries where genetically engineered drugs are developed and manufactured also look forward to employing biochemists. Research related agricultural industries also absorb individuals with background in chemistry. Depending on your specialization, options will be available both in the pharma sector as well as research and development.
However, we recommend that you work for a couple of years before pursuing post-graduation.
Some work experience will help you know your strengths and areas of interest better so you will make a more informed choice for your post graduate studies. Work experience will also help you perform better in admission interviews for postgraduate institutes in any area.

You can definitely get IIM. Eligibility criteria is listed below:
A Masters Degree in any discipline, with at least 55 percent marks, with a Bachelors degree/ equivalent qualification with at-least 50 percent marks obtained after a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent.

Five year/four year Integrated Masters Degree programme in any discipline, with atleast 55 percent marks, obtained after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent

A professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS, with at least 55 percent marks.

There are some 3 tier colleges who take admission in month of Sept-Oct (not top B-Schools), but it depends on the availability of seats. As most of the MBA classes start from July-August.
