There are some 3 tier colleges who take admission in month of Sept-Oct (not top B-Schools), but it depends on the availability of seats. As most of the MBA classes start from July-August.
In which ever institute you are interested you can get in touch with them directly.
For your reference i am sending the link for colleges who accept your score.

Hi Shifa, you should have Biology as one of your subject at +2 level & also you need to give entrance tests like KCET (Only if you are from the state of Karnataka), COMEDK, exams conducted by Manipal, St. John's & some other private colleges which conduct exams for admissions to their colleges in the state of Karnataka. You can also get management seats without these entrance exams but they charge exorbitantly for the same. Do follow various entrance tests of Karnataka & also prepare well for the same.
Wish you all the very best.
