In order to get in good NITs, you have to be in top 1000. If you belong to General category, and you can be in top 5000 in order to get in other less ranked NITs.

Practice hard and improve calculation speed. You can download math tricks app from the play store. It is based on Vedic Math
2. Do not waste time on only 1 question
3. Attempt only those questions which you are sure about

Yes, you should take B.Sc and B.Ed courses combined after Class 12th Science to become a Science teacher. You are eligible to become a teacher in government school, for that you need to do 1 year B.Ed programme from any recognized university and after that you have to apply for TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) entrance exam.
