It requires a thinking and articulation brain and does not require much cramming. However lawyers have an upper hand in UPSC since general studies tests the knowledge of Indian polity and governance and with prior understanding of constitutional law, lawyers are at a better place to answer those questions. Yes, you can get admission in CSE with rank 774 in PDEU as the last opening category is 700 for taking admission in PDEU and as you have not mentioned the category either open or SC OR ST, then I am supposing it is open and I have given answer on the basis of it.

If you got 93.4 percentile in JEE Mains then you surely get the seat in the top NIT as the 93.4 is the highest percentile and the latest cutt off at this percentile is NIT Mizoram and also the NIT rourkela as the percentile is valuable for this university.

1. You need to mind that NEET is not important to CMC but you must write the exam and get at least 250+ after that they will conduct an exam which is really difficult you must score 95.00% in order to qualify
2. Totally CMC consists of 119 seats and they are divided in to many quotas
A. 89 seats for Christians
B. 4 or 5 seats for Hindus
C. 20 seats for the students whose parents is working in CMC as a doctor or nurse or physiotherapist
D. Rest of the seat belongs to NRI candidate
3. After the qualification of your exam they will conduct 5 rounds of interview and they use to filter 80% in this interview and rest are qualified for MBBS
