I do not have access to specific information about universities, and I am not authorized to intervene in academic matters. My suggestion would be to try and speak to someone from the university or college administration, such as a department head, registrar or controller of examinations, to see if there is any way to resolve the issue. They may be able to provide you with more specific information about your case and advise you on your options. Additionally, you may also want to consult with a legal professional or education consultant for further guidance.

M.Sc is a practical subject and is not available in part time / distance form. What you can do is to take admission in a college, where attendance does not matter.

Yes, you can pursue LLB, age is not any restriction now.
You should do a 3 year law, if you are a graduate and 5 year, if you are just class 12th passed. You can do law from GLC Mumbai, which one of India's top LLB University conducts admission through MHCET law entrance exam. There are other options also, https://www.shiksha.com/law/colleges/colleges-maharashtra?rf=searchWidget&landing=ctp

Hi
LLB entrance has an important section of English. You have to work on your English to score a good rank. It would be best if you join a coaching for law or English and purchase Arihant's competition guide. You are eligible for 3yr law from universities like DU, BHU, CCSU, private universities etc. each conducting their own entrance exam.
