Since you are going for distance education MBA, I would suggest you to do it from top notch options available to reap maximum benefits. The best ones in this regard are NMIMS, IMT-CDL, SCDL and SMU-DE. They are well-known established brands in distance education.

Australia is one of the best study destination to pursue MBA.
On an average it costs somewhere around AUD$21,000 - AUD$29,000 for full course fees.The tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.
