Established in 1978, Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College Pune is affiliated to Bharati Vidyapeeth University Pune and is approved by Bar Council of India. The courses offered by Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, Pune are LL.B.; integrated courses like B.A. LLB and BBA LL.B.; two-year and one-year LLM program, and Ph.D in Law. Candidates who are looking forward to build their career in the field of Legal Studies may seek admission in this college. Admission to LL.B. program is done on the basis of marks scored in an entrance test which is conducted by the Bharati Vidyapeeth University. Candidates shall be admitted to B.B.A. LL.B. and B.A. LL.B. according to the marks scored in the entrance test. After completing 10+2 level or equivalent with 50% aggegate, candidates may pursue integrated courses of five-year viz. B.A. LL.B and BBA LL.B offered by the college. The intake capacity for each of the courses are 180 seats. Relaxation of 5% marks in aggregate is given to the SC/ ST candidates In order to seek admission in these courses, the aspirants will have to appear in LL.B entrance test conducted by the Bharati Vidyapeeth University. Candidates who have qualified the entrance test are called for counselling. Course Name:B.A.LL.B and Seats:180. BBA + LLB fees INR 78,750 (1st Year Fees) and 10+2 with 45% + MH CET LAW. Candidates seeking admission in Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, Pune can apply by both online and offline mode. Candidates may download the application form or apply online from the official website of the college. If applied online, the application fee needs to be paid online through net-banking or credit/debit card. Interested candidates may also fill up the form offline by taking a print out of the application form. After filling-up the application form, the application fee can be paid through Demand Draft in favor of the Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune, on any nationalized bank payable at Pune. The application fee is INR 1200.
