To get a placement in any organisation/MNC you must meet a percentage criteria (60%or above) throughout academics. Its also not a good thought to repeat 12th. As this will introduce a hiatus in your education. By your question I can speculate that your area of interest might be in programming. What I will suggest is, join a college where you can get CS as your preferred stream and get command over a programming language. In case if you did not get through placements, do not get despondent rather join any organisation where you can utilize your skills/ what you have learnt throughout graduation, serve the organisation as a stalwart employee and then switch to your dream organisation.
