Yes, for admission to MBA courses, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by Netaji Subhash Engineering College. The selection criteria for the course is JEMAT and candidates must complete graduation from a recognised university.

Netaji Subhash Engineering College offers a MBA programme, and the total tuition fee for this programme is INR 5.5 lakh. The fee covers various academic expenses like tuition fees, examination fees, library fees, and other relevant charges. It is important to note that the fee structure is subject to change, and candidates are advised to refer to the official website of the university for the latest and most accurate fee structure. 

If the candidate doesn’t accept the seat allocated to him or her, the HITSCAT 2025 allotment will be canceled. Also, the seat in that case will be allocated to the candidate next in the order of merit. So, it is the responsibility of the candidate to pay the seat-acceptance fee by the given deadline.

To participate in the HITSCAT 2025 seat allotment process, candidate must have qualified in the exam. The seat allotment to various design courses will be based on

• Merit rank of the candidate in the entrance exam

• Seat intake for the applied program

• Options selected by the candidate

The HITSCAT 2025 scorecard will be valid for the current academic session only. So, using the scorecard, you will be able to get admission in the 2025-25 academic session. You can’t use the scorecard for admission in the next session.

The HITSCAT 2025 result will be released online. The scorecard will carry the following information.

• The name and roll number of the candidate

• Sectional score

• Overall score

• Merit rank

The scorecard will be available for download in pdf format. Download and take a printout.

No, PhD courses are not offered through PUMDET. It is only conducted for MA and MSc courses. Aspirants have to apply separately to enrol for PhD programmes at Presidency Univeresity, Kolkata.

The exam officials will not release any draft answer key for HITSCAT. However, if it decides to release the answer key, the same will be updated here.

No, candidate is not allowed to carry electronic gadgets inside HITSCAT exam hall.

Any candidate who is found to have such items may be disqualified. 

So, don’t carry such items inside exam hall. Follow the guidelines issued by the exam conducting authority.
