Basically, there are 3 sections in CAT exam - verbal ability, DILR, Quants.
Verbal ability-
Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. Don't miss out the editorial page. Do proper analysis of articles on editorial page. Try to make summary of articles that you read para by para. However, reading newspaper won't be sufficient. Start solving RCs on a regular basis with proper analysis.
DILR-

The scope of event management is good if you have done graduation in event management. But, as you have not even completed 12th, getting into event management will become very difficult.
I would suggest you complete your 12th first and then pursue a professional course. As without any know-how, you will not be able to get any good job in the industry.
If you still if wish to pursue anything, you may go for certificate courses after 10th and then try getting into this field.

Yes, it's possible. However, you will mostly get few IIMs like IIM - Jammu, Nagpur, Amritsar, etc. and if you get above 95 percentile, then you can expect a call from better IIMs like Kashipur, Ranchi, etc.

If you had Maths in class XII board you may evaluate doing MCA to become a software engineer. If you did not have Maths in class XII you may do MBA with specialisation in IT. With MBA IT you will be able to get good job in sales and marketing, account management, pre sales support and business analyst, etc. With MBA you can also get job in HR, Finance, Admin, etc. functions in IT companies.
