Hi,
In Canada, there is no university where you would not have to take the GMAT and GRE. GMAT and GRE are absolutely compulsary to take for management courses. You may just find a few universities in UK and Australia where GMAT is not required. If you are very keen on not taking the GMAT or GRE, apply to universities in Australia.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

Dear Chandan,
No institutes or universities will not give you placement guarantee for placements. They will give you the platfrom but you need to susceed on your own. Sikkim Manipal University is recognised by many authorithies. please check there website.
Joining any MNC is depends upon your qualification, experience, knowledge, confidence in interviews and tests.
I saw many people who started schooling from villages and touch the great heights due to there knowlegde, experience and hard work.
Thanks,
Friend
