Hi Mayuri, after the successful completion of B.E. / B.Tech generally students opt for M.Tech. It is to give a specialized training in the field of engineering.
Quite a few institutes intake candidates on the basis of the various entrance exams. Aspirants can apply for GATE exam as it is an all India test. The test is administered by top technology institutes. Most of the institutes also conduct a personal interview round.

With the mentioned CAT score it would be very difficult to make it to TAPMI, even though we will be in a position to call you for GDPI process. At the end of GD round you need to get a composite score of 65/100 with CAT and GD on 60:40 ratio. Kindly note.

Both the courses i.e. MBA(IT) and Msc (CS), are good course to pursue after Bsc IT, both of these courses offers good career prospects and growth opportunities.
How ever if you wish to pursue MBA, it would be advisable for you to work for 1-2 years after completing graduation and then opt for MBA.
