Yes, you can pursue MBA after PCM. You should have minimum 50% in your graduation to apply for MBA entrances. You should try to score as much high percentile as you can in order to get selected in a reputed B-school.

There are lots of good colleges and universities for lateral entry with good placements. Some are listed below:-
IP University, Delhi conducts its own lateral entry exam. In Uttarakhand, UKSEE may get you admission in a government college. Other colleges are Graphic Era University, LPU, Dehradun Institute of Technology, GBTU, Amity University, etc.
