With a rank of 1362 in JAM 2025 for M.Sc. Chemistry,  it's unlikely you'll get admission into a top IIT like Bombay or Delhi, but you have a good chance at other IITs and possibly NITs. You should definitely apply through the IIT JAM online application portal and fill out your choices carefully, prioritizing those IITs where you have a better chance of getting in based on previous year's cutoffs.
