Yes you are eligible for the admission.
If you are having 50% marks in 10+2 you can take direct admission no entrance test is there.
Beside this you are having option for opting BCA-MCA (Dual degree) of 5 years duration.
If you want to take admission in MCA (Hons.) minimum percentage required is 60% with NAT-UG entrance test.

As per your query, it seems that, at present you have completed 12th, and your long term goal to pursue MBA, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be 'GRADUATE' in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So, as per your profile, you need to first concentrate in getting admission in good college or university for undergraduate course.
However, I would suggest that once you complete your graduation you should work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA.
