1. Eligibility for B.COM- 60% in 10+2.
2. Direct admission in third year is not permissible. Graduation in one sitting is illegal and not acceptable for higher education or jobs in public/private sector.
It is advisable that you pick 3 years full time or distance under graduate degree program.
3. Prior to graduation, you need to complete class XII. You can complete your senior secondary education (equivalent to class XII) through National institute of Open Schooling.
You'll be required to produce the copy of the Certificate of the Secondary Examination passed from a recognized Board of Secondary Education duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
You can choose subjects from the Scheme of Studies given. However, it is required to successfully complete a minimum of five subjects, which is compulsory for Certification.

For better job opportunity i will advise you to join MCA but do it only if you are good in mathematics because in MCA and MCA entrance you have to study maths as most BCA student feel difficult to study maths so better think before making any decision.
1) Msc IT is two year course MCA is three year course
2) Msc IT focus on various IT or Web related study with sort of programming where in MCA you have to learn so much of programming and Math.
3) I have also heard that from 2013 session BCA student can take direct admission in MCA second year via lateral entry by which you can complete your MCA in only two years so better do some research about this.By this method doing MCA would be more preferable.
4) MCA will assure you better job placements compared to Msc CS . If you have planned to do Mtech after MscCS or wanna go in teaching line then choose Msc CS. But if your plan is of doing job the choose MCA.

1. If you wish to be a teacher in school, then go for B.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor’s degree level, to be later taken as school teaching subjects
2. Else if you aim at being a lecturer, then I would advice you to go for a regular masters degree in a relevant discipline and clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.
