There is no fixed syllabus for JNU Entrance Exam. However, the questions asked in the entrance are usually based on his educational qualification. For example in the entrance exam of BA in geography, the questions asked are of nature which a student who has studied geography in HSC can answer easily. It is a little bit difficult to get a seat for CSE in NIT-Rourkela because most of the students with high percentiles get into this institution. Therefore, it may be possible that you will get EEE or IT.
As you are from Andhra Pradesh, why don't you look for NIT-Warangal and NIT, Tadepalligudem.

With 90 marks in JEE Mains exam according to last year cut-off your rank will be in the range of 180000 - 200000. With this rank, I am sorry to say you won't be able to get any branch in any of the NITs but according to last year cut-off which was 81 marks you can get qualified for JEE Advanced examination. We can't be 100% sure about it until JEE Mains officially declares the cut-off marks for JEE Advanced 2018 for all the categories. But, if you get the chance you can try to score a little higher marks in JEE Advanced which can create scope for you to get admission in one of the IITs. Feel free to ask if you have any more queries. Al
