During the preparation period of NEET both sectional as well as full length mock tests are useful. The sectional mock tests have to be taken after completing each subject. This would help you to gauge your preparation level and also help in understanding the areas of improvement. To be eligible for admission to a B.Tech. course at the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) in Varanasi, you must meet the following criteria: 

1. Pass Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 75%
2. Pass the JEE Main and JEE Advanced exams
3. Participate in JoSAA counseling

For some courses, there may be additional requirements:

1. B.Tech. in Civil Engineering: You must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. You must also be within the top 20 percentile of successful candidates in your category. 
2. Integrated B.Tech. + M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering: You must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 75%.
