In order to do work, one needs to be a graduate. Keeping in mind your interest, you need first complete your MBBS before practising as a doctor. Even working for an NGO, it might be difficulty. However, you can try for some voluntary work with them.

Amity is a good institute and you can consider joining it. Or at least book a seat while you try for other institutes. Speak with the admissions department regarding the refund, incase you dont wish to join the institute later.
