If we talk about good placements then LPU is one of the universities that have the best placements in North India.
Even for the fee, the fee is applicable according to your percentage in qualifying exam as well as some entrance test which makes the fee reasonable. If you will check the link below you will get a clear idea:

Getting into colleges like CBIT, Vasavi, etc. is a bit tough, as they hold huge cut-off rank for CSE people.
With a rank of 12k, you can try for KMIT, Vardhaman, Geethanjali, CVSR, CMR, etc. All of them are good colleges.

If you have decided that you want do MBA from IIM then you go with BBA, because then you have managed your CAT preparation time, and in engineering you will give a lot of time so in my point of view you go with BBA.

Yes you can get a seat at Sastra University, Thanjavur. You have a good score which is enough to get a seat. But I'm not sure which course you can get.
Your percentage of marks in board exams and the marks in JEE are used to determine your admission. Your scores will be converted into percentile and the ranks will be put as follows:
91(0.75)+55(0.25)=82 . On this basis you will be placed on a rank.
The last date to apply is June 10 and you need to apply through stream 1 at www.sastra.edu
All the best!
