Dear Yukta, There is no foundation course as such for UPSC exams. Basic eligibility for UPSC exams is you need to have a UG degree from an recognised university. You can join any academy to prepare for UPSC exams. Mentors from the academy will give you ideas to crack the exams. Ensure you devote a lot of time to study and keep learning new things.
