- Unreserved (UR), EWS/Sponsored/Deputed/Foreign National/Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) - 50 Percentile.
- SC/ST/OBC Category - 45 Percentile.

INI CET 2023 cut off has been released for round-2 and round-1 counselling by AIIMS. The cut off is the last rank of allotted candidate in that particular category and course. It must be noted candidates have to score the minimum cut off to qualify for the exam. The cut off differs for different category.
