Candidates can choose up to one exam city preference while filling the
application form. Anna University allots the exam centre within the preferred exam city or at a the nearest location to the city. However, choosing the exam city preference while filling the form will not guarantee allotment of the exam centre in that particular city. Anna University allocates the test centre considering the best possible comfort of the test takers. Anna University does not entertain any requests for change in the exam centre of exam city.

Anna University releases the TANCET application form in an online mode. Candidates who wish to apply for the TANCET exam need to apply for the exam online. No other mode is available for the TANCET registration. Anna University will not entertain any requests for offline submission of the application form. After submitting the online application form, candidates must take a print out of the TANCET filled in form to retain the same for future references.
