Hi Nisha, I hesitate to write this but as far as I know MBBS in France is not open for international students and if it is it is not taught in English.
But before you apply anywhere abroad for studies you need to obtain a eligibility certificate from Medical council of India. After completing MBBS abroad if you wish to practise in India you will need to clear the screening test to prove your proficiency in the subject and to be a registered doctor in India.

Sorry to say but there is no scope for hospitality with such marks. Good institutes needs atleast 55-60% in graduation, However there are some private institutes also which may give you admission but they are not good in placements and jobs.
