Diploma is a non-degree program and will not make you eligible for any government job opportunity where a degree is required and also you cannot go for higher education.
Still, you can work as an opthalmic assistant with various organisations with an average salary of around 10K per month. B.Sc Optometry is a degree program and better than Diploma, you become eligible for higher studies, may apply for various government jobs and also get a better pay as compared to Diploma holders.

No, this is not possible. If all 11,000 students get into IITs then you cannot get any IIT as there will be a total of around 10000 seats only.
So you need to try for IISC, IIEST, etc.

For admission into government medical colleges for MBBS, you need a score of 450 plus under general category. For private medical colleges, it should be around 300.

Your score is very less for admission in BAMS or BHMS courses in government. For admission into BAMS or BHMS course, your score should be around 300.
