No I'm afraid not, but try counselling if you're not OC open category and maybe you can get good colleges but not OU or CBIT.
I got a TS-ICET rank of 706 in 2017 and I still didn't get OU or CBIT seat, and I was OC.

Coaching classes do not differentiate based on religion or caste. Whoever can pay their fees and has minimum standard can get admission. So do not worry at all. Just approach the one the nearest or one with the easiest commutation and join it. That's all.

The eligibility criteria differ in every institiute. Most institutes should accept your qualification as eligible for M.Des, yet I would advise you to go through the websites of the colleges where you're interested to seek admission. As far as NID is concerned, yes you are very much eligible.

There are mainly two ways you can do it. First is through CPT or CA foundation and second through direct entry route. - CPT Route
First you have to apply for CA course which will be done through ICAIs ( Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) website along with prescribed fees and get enrolled for CPT course. VIT, Amaravathi is under construction but classes will be held this academic year. It takes another 2-3 years for the campus to take a shape but once done it will be the best VIT campus in the heart of AP capital Amaravati competing with SRM Amaravati (SRMs best campus, might be India's best university campus) and Amrita University.
