Hi Melbin,
If you want to study in University of Karlsruhe then the deadlines for applications are the 15th January for summer semester and the 15th July for the winter. Kindly apply as per these deadlines for the particular course.Please submit the application with the following documents:
Copy of your certificates. Should the evidence not on German, French or English, must have a certified translation must be attached in one of these languages.
Proof of your German skills

It is always advised to pursue Full time MBA than any other modes, but if you cannot leave you job and then pursue MBA, in that case you can look for the Executive MBA with the help of your total work experience.

As there is no Engineering program is available at St Helens however there are Diploma and Bachelors program is available and New Zealand education is recognised worldwide and it will be valid in India as well however i would suggest you to do engineering program from any University of New Zealand.
