Suggesting an University in US will depend on multiple parameters. You can choose universities depending on your percentage secured in Degree, No. of backlogs / subjects you have repeated and so on.
Apart from the above, most universities will require GRE for the MS program. The GRE score requirement will vary from university to university, mostly anywhere from 285 - 310 on an average, with top universities requiring more.
Irrespective of the University, you will need to have English language test scores - these can be either TOEFL or IELTS. Average scores required on these exams can be around 86 and above overall for TOEFL and between 6-6.5 in IELTS.
To apply, you will need all the academics, 3 letters of recommendation from your professors in college, statement of purpose / essay, resume, copy of passport and any other additional requirement as required by individual universities.

To be eligible for photography course, you need to pass 10+2 from recognized board. You need to have thorough knowledge of technology and should be good with creativity. A good knowledge of art, colour and lighting would help you immensely.
