UPSC exams are very tough and require a lot of hard work and dedication. It is not so that you will require a safe career as a back support but yes to be eligible for the Civil Services, you will require to be a graduate degree holder from a recognized University.
Being a graduate the minimum eligibility will help you in future as well even if you couldn't make it through the UPSC exams as this is the base of education on which you can pursue higher education.

In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need:

I would suggest you go for admission in a stream of your choice If you work hard and get a good score in a course you do, then companies will definitely pick you for the best job profile. So check some good univs like BIT, LPU, RV etc
