Every branch has its own value whether its CSE or ECE. It's you who have to decide which branch is best for your career. As CSE has great demands nowadays but it doesn't mean that ECE is not a good branch. If you go with ECE, you are eligible for Public sector exams too.

If you get CS branch in NIT-Meghalaya then it is the best option, but if you do not get CS branch in NIT-Meghalaya then RTU will also be a decent choice.
