A B Tech or BE has been preferred by many after completing their +2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 50% and clearing state level/national level entrance examinations. Hi Manohar,
Their is no minimum marks as such required for admission in colleges under IP. The admission to various colleges are done on the basis of rank through online counseling. As to get good college your rank must fall under 500.
You can also contact the institutes officials to know the last closing rank in both the colleges for admission in BJMC.
If you prepare nicely for your IPU CET exam you may easily get these colleges.
