Since you have posted your query under Science and Engineering, may I presume that you are interested in Science/Engineering Streams. A B Tech or BE has been preferred by many after completing their +2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 50% and clearing state level/national level entrance examinations. If you wish to become a doctor, pursue Science stream and clear entrance examinations. Other than professional streams , you also have the option to pursue a B Sc in Sciences or Mathematics. But if you are interested to become and accountant or wish to be a part of banking sector do consider commerce stream and you may opt for a B Com later.

Hi. Harshit below is the eligibility criteria to pursue an MCA from any university.
apart from this you have to appear for entrance exam to get admission in top universities. few universities have their own entrance exams such as AMITY,SHARDA,LOVELY PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY.
1) Candidates must have passed with minimum 60% (55
% for SC/ST/PwD) marks in average of all
subjects in Class 10.
2) Candidates must have passed with minimum 60% (55
% for SC/ST/PwD) marks in average of all
subjects in Class 12 / Equivalent Examination. The
candidates must have passed in Mathematics /
Computer Science / Information Practices as one of
the subject in Class 12 / Equivalent Examination.
3) Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree or equi
valent qualification of any of the Universities
incorporated by an act of the central or state legi
slatures in India or other educational institutions
established by an act of Parliament or declared to
be deemed as a University under section 3 of UGC
Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification r
ecognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of
India / AIU. This degree must entail a minimum of t
hree years of education after completing higher
secondary schooling [Class 12 or equivalent] (10+2+
3 system).
4) Candidates must have one of following qualificat
ions:
a) Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), or
b) B.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technolo
gy / Electronics, or
c) B.Sc. with Mathematics or Statistics as one of t
he subjects at graduate level.
