Hi,
The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing M.A Psychology is having a graduation degree in any stream.
However, many of the reputed universities demand graduation degree with Honors in Psychology or Psychology as one of the subjects studied in graduation from any of the recognized college/university.
Some even ask for a minimum of 45-50% marks in graduation as qualifying criteria to secure admission in this course and some also conduct an entrance examination.

MS stands for Masters in Science. If you talking about MS in Optimization Technology
The program includes courses in statistics, stochastic processes, stochastic optimization, and stochastic optimal control theory. Applications to financial systems, network design and routing, telecommunication systems, medicine, actuarial mathematics, and other areas are discussed.
You can intend to take up the program keeping in mind your career goals and aptitude.
In India, the course is not available. You can either try for abroad or pick short term courses on Search Engine Optimization.

1. If you wish to be a teacher in school, then go for B.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor's degree level, to be later taken as school teaching subjects
2. Else if you aim at being a lecturer, then I would advice you to go for a regular masters degree in a relevant discipline and clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects can appear for the exam. Those who have acquired post graduation from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.
