List of colleges in Bangalore offering MBA are :

Hi Pritam,
Admission criteria keeps changing every year. So, we cannot say. But 60% is a bit less to get into IIMs. It is tough but not impossible. You need to get 100 percentile in CAT to even have a chance.

Hi Prasad,
I am mentioning few universities below well known for Mechanical Engineering.
University of Applied Sciences Esslingen,
RWTH Aachen University
The University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE),
University of Cologne/Koln
University of Stuttgart ( Joint degree with Georgia Tech)
Admission into German institutes are competitive. Most of the universities require German language skills so B1-B2 level certification is important. You can also consider retaking the GRE, a score above 310 is recommended. Check the websites of the universities for additional admission requirements.
All the best!
