At this percentile, you will not be able to get any NIT or IIT. I suggest you to go with private colleges like CU, LPU and CGC.

The fees will vary from one college to another. The average fees is from 12000 to 1.5 LPA.

On 10th percentage basis you will be able to get admission in first year diploma in many branch but you not able to get admission in mechanical engineering and civil engineering. As per your 12th percentage which is 54 you have to be lucky enough or else you can wait till last CAP round or counselling round.
