With 551582 rank in NEET UG and  it may be difficult to get a seat in government medical colleges as the cutoff marks for government colleges are usually higher. However, you may have a chance to get admission in some private medical colleges that have lower cutoffs. You can use the NEET College Predictor tool to get an idea of the possible colleges that you may be eligible for based on your NEET score, category, and other relevant details. Additionally, you may want to consider applying to deemed universities or private medical colleges that have lower cutoffs. Some of the private medical colleges that you may consider are:

Not sure about this .
But 25% seats has increased in previous year in every College and University and for JEE Mains and EWS category you will get 15 % seats using jee mains in EWS you will get more.
Chances are there because most students apply through MET ( Malviya Entrance Test) .
Exact rank I don't know but you can get top 3 branches CSE ,IT or ECE .
After first year you have option to upgrade your branch based on your marks of first year.
Just get into College and then kick your ass off to get your desired branch .
First year syllabus is almost same for all branches.
