Some of the good bschools that you can consider are Christ University, Bangalore, Birla Institute of Management and Technology, Greater Noida, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, , National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli, Alliance School of Business, Bangalore , VIT Business School, Vellore . These are all renowned b schools and have good repo in management and education world.

It is very difficult to answer who gives 100% placement. Placement is not only solely depends on certificate & degrees but also on personality, communication skills, knowledge or skills you have acquired during study. Remember no institute guarantee 100% placement. Even if they guarantee they may place weaker candidates as trainee there pay scale will be very low & candidates itself leave the job & there won't be any claim on Institute that had not given placement.
So better contact with the students who have already completed & also contact the institutes to know the details.

That is better option but there will competition & preference by the employer from MBBS candidates as they more knowledge that BDS in correlating the health sciences with forensic science.
I thing if you go for M.Sc in Public Health & Hygiene that will give you better prospectus in Govt as well as private sector.

Internships are often unpaid, some of the internships can be paid but for that you need to work for a company on a fixed hours basis
You may earn online through freelance work but online internship is not possible
