An obvious option after the BMS would be to take on MBA with specialization in Finance or HR. If you are keen to pursue a job immediately after graduation, we would recommend that you take on internships and projects all related to the specialization you choose. Here again, it would be important to make up your mind regarding the specialization soon.
Since both HR and Finance are very diverse in terms of career options you will need to decide what interests you more. Along with your job, you may continue with your studies and take admission in an executive MBA program if you so desire. Alternatively, you may take on a short-term course from an institute such as ICFAI after your graduation. Campus placement is one of the benefits of completing an MBA or Masters Degree from a good institute. You may therefore consider any of the above listed routes to fulfill your aspirations.
Doing further studies would definitely help you in your career growth. However, choosing a career path would largely depend on your interests and career aspirations. Options which you can look at after doing BMS could be MBA, MMS, if you have a good hold on your Accounting and Mathematical skills you can opt for:

2. CWA
3. CFA
4. CS.
