Eligibility for aircraft engineering is you have to complete 10+2 with PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Math) and appear for an entrance exam.
You can choose aerospace engineering course in a given college. You complete the course in 4 years and enter the job market.
To get entry-level jobs just BE degree is good enough, however, for higher job posts, you need Master's or a doctorate degree.
Here are eligibility criteria for three years AME course.
Must have passed 10+2 with 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Maths.

The cut-offs vary each year according the performance of the batch undertaking the exam for that. It is always more than 93 percentile, since PUMBA is one of the very old institute in India the cut-offs are progressive in nature.

Only specific programs require the GRE for admissions. You can check the program specific website for the average score requirements. Overall, your percentages are good enough. You must also submit a strong SOP. LORs need to be outstanding as well.

It is difficult to suggest a particular college name and will be hard to find one. Admission requirements are different all over. Most importantly, you have to meet the credit point requirements and also see if the lateral entry is allowed. As an applicant, you have to go through college requirements and write to them. Chances are there for you to apply for the first year, but lateral entry seems difficult.
