GIBS Delhi refund rules are governed by rules as laid down by the AICTE. If a student withdraws admission after the date of commencement of course and the seat remains vacant, no fee is  refunded.

The institute refunds the security deposit on completion of the course or on migration/withdrawal by applying for it. The institute may deduct cost of replacement on account of loss of library book/document or any fine imposed by the institute due to damage etc.

There are over 50 seats for BA programmes offered by SGT University. The seat allotment process is carried out as per the sanctioned seat intake and reservation policy of the university. There are 25% of seats reserved for students belonging to the state of Haryana at the university. Out of this, 10% are for students belonging to Haryana state SC category candidates.
