Solve as many previous year IIT JAM Question Papers as possible. This is the best way to prepare for the exam as this will give you and idea about the pattern and difficulty level of the questions. Also take online mock tests to analyze your preparation. This will also increase your speed and accuracy while solving questions. Learn all the important formulas as they are the backbone of Maths. Practice as many questions as possible. Make notes of all the important stuff. This will help you in your last minute preparation. Improve your weaker areas.
