Yes, you can pursue M.Sc. Maths at Kerala University. The basic eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the course is that the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in the subject chosen for M.Sc. Specialisation to become eligible for admission. Admission to the course is entrance-based. Candidates who make it to the M.Sc. Rank list become eligible for the Personal Interview PI round. Yes, you can still study nursing even if you have completed your 10+2 in commerce stream. You need to do a Diploma course for 2 years, called Auxiliary Midwifery Nurse (AMN). You can join various nursing courses after completing this 2 year Diploma course.

Yes, you can pursue MCA from RRCE as many seats are available for the students, as students get direct admission over here. But before getting admission into any college, make sure it has a placement cell and a good amount of tech companies should visit campus. Otherwise no sense in having a master's, you will just get a degree.
For fee structure, better you contact some people already studying there by some social media platform or contact the college staff personally.
